Taste of Africa Selection Kenya and Ethiopia.
The perfect combination of our Kenyan Gikirama coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate and white flower. Planted on deep, well-drained and fertile red volcanic soil at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level.
Combined with our Chelichele coffee from Ethiopia. A coffee with base notes of chocolate and floral, fruity notes reminiscent of an orange and a grape.
reminiscent of orange and grapes; sweet, with creamy body and high acidity. The plantation is at approximately 2,200 meters above sea level.
The exceptional quality of Ethiopian coffee is due to a combination of factors. The genetic diversity of coffee varieties means that we find a diversity of flavors, even between (or within) farms with similar growing and processing conditions.
