Brazil – Mogiana

This coffee comes from the region of
Mogiana Alta, in the north of the state of São Paulo, an area with more than 100 years of coffee growing tradition.

Located on a plateau with a temperate climate, regular rainfall and altitudes between 900 and 1,000 meters, this region is ideal for a slow and uniform ripening of the fruit.

The lot is processed by Agropecuária JC, which combines traditional practices with modern technology to ensure controlled sun drying and meticulous treatment of the beans.

In the cup, this natural coffee offers an enzymatic cocoa fragrance, with a chocolate base, hints of almond and walnut, and a very subtle spicy touch. Its low acidity, creamy body and long aftertaste make it an ideal choice for espresso or methods that enhance its warm and round profile.

The Catuaí and Mundo Novo varieties, both very widespread in Brazil, are characterized by their high productivity, resistance and natural sweetness, being perfect for coffees with a classic profile, with good structure and balance.

This coffee is a faithful reflection of the Brazilian style: consistency, clean sweetness and a friendly profile, without losing character or complexity.
